I read that the police comes out with a report over how many members the different gangs have once a year, exact down to the last single poor henchman. The obvious question is, how do they do this. My guess is that they send a questionarie to the Yakuza that, in a very Japanese way, is returned with the correct data. Somehow very disturbing.
