Interesting post though. Alos I read the older post on Jap food, and I went to a tea salon in Paris not long ago and had a japaneese noodle salad. It was yuckie. Blä! I don't eat suchi anymoor either after getting sick from a "chinese" shushi place (very common in paris). Only cooked japanese food for me from now on. If you come visit there is a couple of good real japaneses restorants near the Opéra Garnier where you can show me howto slurp like a real man.
